When Spector released its original Coda Deluxe bass is 2009, it was a instant hit. The evolution has continued, and Spector has now entered an area most others have not - a deluxe version of a Precision Bass!

This handmade in Saugerties, NY bass has some amazingly unique options, especially for a P bass.

Inferno Red Color over Yellow Buckeye Burl

The top of this bass is made from a very yellow piece of Buckeye Burl, which when stain is applied to makes this wild color of many oranges, reds, and blacks. It is the most unique finish you will ever see on a bass!

Two Pickups!

Yes, this is a P bass with 2 pickups! In order to give the P bass body and neck shape a chance in the modern world, we used Aguilar Super Double pickups combined with an Aguilar OPB-2 preamp. This give the bass tons of that good ol' P Bass fatness, but the ability to get any tone you want - something never before experience in a P bass. Knob Controls: volume, volume, passive tone control with push/pull 
for all passive mode, treble boost/cut, bass boost/cut.

Birdseye Maple Fretboard

This special fretboard not only looks sexy, but sounds great for a perfect 70's P bass tone. Also featured are Spector's black mother-of-pearl inlays for a unique and subtle touch.
